  • Building your presentation by developing your action plan and using four ways to start a new presentation
  • Changing the slide layout, design, and color scheme of your presentation
  • Working with the slide master to ensure consistency among slides
  • Working with text boxes and advanced formatting techniques
  • Improving the visual impact of the presentation through advanced tips in working with clip art, charts and other images
  • Creating slides with diagrams that can be edited, modified and formatted uniquely
  • Adding video, sound effects, music and audio soundtracks to slides
  • Creating slides with unique animation schemes, custom animations, and transitions that create interest
  • Creating support materials that include handouts and speakers notes
